Each participating vendor gets 20 minutes to demo its Customer Success solution. You're invited to join the audience for as many demos as you like! If, after watching a demo, you're interested in chatting more with the vendor, just let us know and we'll connect you directly.

To attend CS Demo Day, please register by entering your email address in the box on this page and following the instructions provided. Registration is 100% free! We'll send you a confirmation email once your registration is confirmed.
Do I need to register for specific demos?
Yes, please view the event schedule and then add any demos that you wish to attend to your own personal schedule. Don't worry, you can add or remove any demos at any time so if your plans change, no big deal.
How do I manage my personal schedule for the day?
You can manage your schedule at any time by returning to this site and clicking 'My Dashboard' from the dropdown menu at the top of the page, or by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.
How do I view a demo on the day of the event?
The best way to view a demo is to go to your personal schedule and click on the demo that you wish to attend. This will take you to the landing page for the demo (each page has its own dedicated page). From there you'll be able to view the demo when it starts.
I can't make it on the day. Will the event be recorded?
Yes, each demo will be recorded and available to registered attendees for a limited period of time after the event. Our agreement with the participating vendors means we will remove all demo recordings 30 days after the event concludes, so make sure you prioritize watching them!
